Courses I Offer
Postal Course
The Postal course runs for 4 weeks with a 2-week follow-up, with an option,
if necessary, to do an additional month at a reduced fee. I send you a very
comprehensive questionnaire so I can learn about you and treat you as an individual.
I also send you Food Intake Charts to complete and post each week. You can phone
as often as you like and we discuss the contents of your Food Intake Charts
and look at the reasons why you have had problems. I also look for alternative,
appropriate ways of dealing with the difficult situations as they arise.
Price: £80.00
Personal Consultations
Personal Consultations are available in Brighton. They
provide the added benefit of face-to-face contact and generally follow the same
structure as the Postal Course. Each consultation lasts approximately 50 minutes
and can be arranged out of office hours if necessary, even at the weekend or
late evenings.
Price:£40 / £200 for group of 6
Personal Evaluation
This is an opportunity to find out whether you think
I can help you or not. I will send you a comprehensive questionnaire and then,
by pre-arranged timing, you will call me and have a 25-minute telephone evaluation.
This is totally without obligation.

Combination Course
You may combine any number of Personal Consultations
with a Postal Course. In fact, the majority of people have one Consultation
and then go on to do a Postal Course and I am totally flexible in this matter.
